This company is legit.
Quick Response is exactly that, quick! I had another company install a new torsion spring for my garage door, but when Quick Response installed my new Genie garage door opener, the tech (Daniel) noticed the torsion spring did not match the weight of my door. He proved it by showing the door would not stay open by itself at the halfway mark, the door would just fall. He also showed me a chart and showed me the spring was incorrect. He recommended replacing it or it could lead to problems for my garage door motor. Turns out, a couple months later, the door was falling so fast the pull cord disconnected and it was likely to continue happening as a result of the door falling too fast. I called Quick Response that night and they had Daniel, the same tech, come out the very next morning and 20 minutes later, the correct spring was installed (and $75 cheaper than the original spring I had replaced). I am not easily impressed by customer service, but this company is legit.

The price relative to the quality of work done was excellent. They put down an epoxy coated garage floor. Looks great. Curt and his team were professional and very courteous. I have a paver driveway and one of the workers accidentally spilled some epoxy over about 25 pavers. Curt came back to see the accident and paid a professional to replace all damaged pavers. Now this tells you all you need to know about an honest service company. I also had very loud garage doors and paid for the garage tune up. Now they are almost silent, gliding up and down.
