When I had a discussion over the phone with Quick Response Garage Door Service, I was impressed with their honesty and professionalism in explaining what I might consider when replacing the doors. It was with that I made the decision to use the company but on top of that was even more impressed in whom they sent to do the work. Colby was very understanding when the tenant was not cooperative in allowing both doors to be replaced on the first visit because they had items on one side they didn’t want to move aside. So we replaced the one door and Colby set a second appointment at no additional charge to replace the second door. That kind of customer service you don’t find so easy these days. Ryan did GREAT work
Our installer, Ryan, was really great. Two days ago, I backed into my closed garage door and called several other companies, but none could send someone out to even help me close the door. While banging away on it with a hammer to try to straighten it out so it would close, Ryan pulled up in the company van to do a job for a new neighbor across the street. I walked over and asked if he could give me a hand, and once he finished with my neighbor, he came over and we were able to get the door closed. That's when I asked for an estimate to replace it, and today Ryan came back and did the job in about 2 hours. He did GREAT work, was a good guy, and we love the new garage door. 5 stars for sure!
