MODELS 904 & 904U

Clopay’s Model 904 showcases a sleek design with fewer lines and angles to its appearance. With equal stile spacing, rail and stile profiles are more proportional to each other. This design provides an aesthetically pleasing appearance making it ideal in applications such as restaurants, auto dealerships and fire stations. In addition to these features, Model 904U features Intellicore® polyurethane insulated rails and stiles.

POLYURETHANE INSULATED DOORS

MODELS 3728 & 3729

Clopay Models 3728 (flush/no ribs) and 3729 (with minor ribs) are the perfect choice for service stations, restaurants and other facilities requiring visibility and/or natural light, strength and energy efficiency. R-Value 18.4.

• 2″ thick Intellicore® polyurethane insulation with thermal break for improved energy efficiency.
• Three-layer construction with steel and insulation enhances durability, strength and quiet operation.
• Injection molded, full-vision light frames available in two sizes and color matched to the door. Aluminum contemporary frame available in silver and black color options. Multiple glass options available to provide visibility or obscurity, depending on the application.

MODELS 3708 & 3709

Clopay Models 3708 (flush) and 3709 (minor ribs) are an ideal choice when visibility and/or natural light are needed. The three-layer construction with Intellicore® polyurethane insulation helps provide energy efficiency and durability.

• Intellicore® polyurethane insulation and thermal break for improved energy efficiency. R-value 12.9.
• Three-layer construction with steel and insulation enhances durability, strength and quiet operation.
• 3-stage paint process delivers a virtually maintenance-free finish.
• Injection-molded lite frames with integral weatherseal are durable and seal against the elements. Many glass options available for visibility, privacy or energy efficiency. 

MODELS 3208 & 3209

Clopay Models 3208 (flush/no ribs) and 3209 (with minor ribs) are designed for commercial, retail, service and industrial facilities requiring visibility, natural light and energy efficiency. R-Value 9.1.

• 2″ thick bonded polystyrene insulation with thermal break for enhanced comfort.
• Three-layer construction with 24 gauge exterior steel improves strength, dent resistance and long lasting operation.
• Injection molded, full-vision light frames available in two sizes and color matched to the door. Aluminum contemporary frame available in silver and black color options. Multiple glass options available to provide visibility or obscurity, depending on the application.

MODELS 3158 & 3159

Clopay Models 3158 (stucco embossed, flush surface) and 3159 (stucco embossed, minor ribbed surface) steel insulated full view doors are designed for commercial, retail, restaurant and industrial facilities where ease of maintenance, visibility, energy efficiency and durability considerations are important.

• 1-3/8″ thick, three layer steel + polystyrene + steel construction. Steel bonded to polystyrene foam for durability, energy efficiency and quiet operation. Thermally broken. 6.5 R-value.
• Three-stage paint process delivers a virtually maintenance-free finish.
• Injection molded lite frames with integral weatherseal are durable and seal against the elements. Two window frame sizes with many glazing options to provide desired visibility, privacy or energy efficiency.
